Normal turn around time for custom build system is from 5 to 10 business days. We always meet our customer require time frame. We will inform you if unforeseen circumstances due to delay of delivery.

Our worldwide delivery services have been extended to more than 221 countries globally. Transparent shipment fees are automatically computed by our system. An unique shipment tracking number will be provided upon delivery of good(s). For orders that delivery worldwide, we generally deliver via trusted logistic company. All prices and shipping rates are quoted in Singapore Dollars and do not include applicable duty, customs charges or taxes which are paid by the customer. You will get your shipping cost before you are required to enter any billing information.

Credit Card, Debit Card, Stripe or Paypal
We accept Debit/Credit cards through PayPal and Stripe payment gateway only. We do not store your debit or credit card's information in our system. All information you provided are secure by our payment gateway partners. You DO NOT need to have an account with PayPal in order to make a payment.

Note: Paypal transfers will be subject to an additional 3% admin fee charge which is paid directly to paypal.

Cheque or Money Order
Cheques only available to customers whose banks are located within the Singapore. Cheques or money orders must be made payable to “Advancecom Corporation Pte. Ltd.” and forwarded to the following address:

Note:  Delivery expectations quoted on our web site are based upon the actual date your order is processed. If you choose to pay by cheque, your order will be processed once we have verified that your cheque has cleared. Banks can take around 2-3 working days for clearing.

We provide free life time service support for all purchasers of our systems. If your warranty has expired you may email our support at support@advancecoms.com for assistance. Note: Parts will be charged at cost price if your parts warranty has expired.

All our systems are assembled by our local production team based in Singapore.

We support any upgrading of systems provided we still able to find the parts / the parts are technically compatible. No Service Charge will be charged to our customers for any upgrade services. Please contact our support team at support@advancecoms.com.We regret that we do not buy back used components.
